One-to-One Training

One-to-one training with Pure Fitness and Dance is a session designed independently for you to be taught by one of our fitness coaches. You can have a personal programme designed to suit your specific needs. Weight loss Body toning Nutritional diet advice Fitness increase Weighted exercise / exercise using dumbells Each person is different which is why training is so individual. It is designed for you to have specific time with your personal fitness trainer one to one, with the focus just on you, without any distraction.

With these sessions, optimum results can be achieved. With you and your trainer working together, you can train as often as 3 times a week with a personal trainer, or if you would prefer just a weekly session.

I also offer one-to-one training via Zoom.

Outdoor Exercise

Outdoor training is an alternative way for clients to exercise. Some people find they have limited space at home or just prefer the freedom of the outdoors. There are various places we can offer to do this. The training session may consist of an outdoor run either using a familiar route or changing it often for more variety. Outdoor training facilities at woodland parks are a popular choice for people. These keep exercise variable, fun and always guarantee an intensified workout, especially when using equipment often used in assault courses, such as ropes and monkey bars.

Although make sure you wear good trainers – it could get muddy! Alternatively a workout session in a local park is another option and we can bring the exercise equipment needed for your session along to you. Whichever way you choose to use the outdoors with your training, we are always happy to accommodate and discuss what exercise method is best for you. After all exercise is personal and we believe it should be tailored to suit each individual so you remain interested and motivated which will positively lead to results.
